One clear selfie is all you need. Here are the details that matter before you upload.
Talk to supportNo. One recent, clear, front-facing selfie is enough. Unlike services that ask for a batch of training images, OneShot creates your selected direction from that single source photo.
That is the point. Our input check looks for one clear, front-facing face before your image is processed. The result keeps your natural features while improving lighting, wardrobe, and backdrop.
Use one recent, front-facing photo with even light, a neutral expression, and no sunglasses. A phone photo is perfect. JPG or PNG files up to 10 MB are accepted.
Processing time varies with demand and the image provider. If the studio is busy, your order joins a queue and shows its waiting position. You can safely refresh this page; we will also send the download link by email when delivery is available.
No personal gallery is created. Your source photo is used for this request and deleted after generation. Each generated JPG is kept in a private, temporary location for up to 24 hours so you can download it or recover the page after a refresh.
Request manual quality review within 7 days of delivery using Report a problem or email support. Paid orders with no photos delivered due to failure qualify for a full refund; partial delivery qualifies for a proportional refund, after verification. Quality concerns are reviewed individually, not automatically refunded. See the refund policy below. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
