Acceptable use policy

Permitted purpose

Use OneShot to create professional-profile portraits from your own photo or a photo you are authorized to submit. You must be an adult and have the necessary permission from the person depicted. Review every output before publication.

Prohibited uses

• Impersonation, identity theft, fraud or passing an AI image off as evidence of real employment, licensing, qualifications or events.
• Face swapping into someone else’s identity, deceptive deepfakes, non-consensual imagery, harassment or exploitation.
• Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, or any sexual content involving minors. Do not upload children’s photos.
• Hateful, violent, abusive, illegal or rights-infringing material, including unauthorized use of another person’s image.
• Forged identity documents, badges, licenses, signatures or credentials; misleading endorsements or trademark infringement.
• Bypassing limits, automated abuse, stolen payment credentials, reselling unauthorized access, or attempts to extract secrets or disrupt the service.

Safeguards and enforcement

The product offers predefined professional styles, not unrestricted text-prompt generation. Input checks and AI-provider safety controls can reject a request, but automated checks are not a guarantee that every output is suitable. We may restrict misuse and review related reports. Applicable third-party safety requirements also apply.

Report misuse

Report suspected misuse or unauthorized use of a photo to newlifebirdstudio@gmail.com. Include the relevant order ID or page URL and a concise description. Do not send additional private photos or documents unless needed and requested through a verified support channel.
